Research

The purpose of conducting research is to maintain objectivity before any training deliverables are produced. It is frequently necessary to compare and contrast other training deliverables before creating one for you. Benchmarking and best practices are an important part of creating quality training deliverables. This can be an informal and quick process, i.e., by searching the Internet for similar information or a formal process, i.e., by reviewing trade journals for specific refereed content. This research step is important to ensuring the scope of work is in alignment with the desired end product(s). We are flexible to support the research at any level or extent. Upon completion of the research, a project plan is created to outline the training project. We usually utilize the PMBOK® Guide as the project management methodology, but are also flexible to utilize PRINCE2. Moreover, we are able to adapt to Agile approaches upon request.
