Measurement & Evaluation

Our philosophy is that “If it is worth training on, then it is worth measuring.” Measurement and evaluation does not have to be time consuming or complicated. However, it should have enough depth and breadth to provide a clear indication of improved levels of performance. We conduct interviews, focus groups and surveys to assist with this process and then deliver to you intuitive dashboards with simplified metrics that can be used to track training performance. We leverage existing systems and have developed resources to support this initiative.
